Sole trader vs Ltd while you are still testing
A Ltd is a legal wrapper with filing duties. The live register cannot see a sole trader experiment.
If you have not chosen a Ltd, readiness conditions must say what the register cannot show.
A Ltd usually needs a confirmation statement in about 12 months and first accounts in about 21 months. Dormant does not mean nothing to file.
Limited liability does not protect a home when personal guarantees are common on a lease, loan, or supplier account.
Trade as yourself for a short, capped test if you are still learning demand. The live register will not see that experiment — that is the point.
